Week 1 isn't even over and I have already done so much. The total Integration workshop was nothing short of amazing. I met some really sweet people and learned so much about myself and others. Everything in our lives is a reflection of our relationship with ourselves and the earth- if something in your life isn't going well, assess what part about yourself is attracting that negativity.
The 4 days included a lot of dancing, meditating, discussion and some really thought provoking exercises by Diamond and River Jameson (www.totalintegrationinstitute.com). Being present is not as easy as it sounds. We create so many distractions for so many reasons to avoid being present without even knowing. It's the way we are raised and it's the way society teaches us to be. Set boundaries, don't over commit, and remind yourself everyday- "I exist. I am valid and I am enough".
I am so inspired to incorporate many of these ideas and practices not only in my daily life but in my Reiki practices as well.

Here are some photos from Patsy's Place where the workshop was held..We got to take naps after lunch everyday outside surrounded by lots of beautiful Agave plants and cute dogs ..something I could really get used to!
